Sales Manager

Job Description
As we undergo a major expansion to grow new businesses in the SMB market, we are looking for a talented new member to join our management team. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, the Sales Manager will join our group of innovative and forward-thinking leaders who are passionate about people development and fostering a culture of success.
Desired Skills and Experience
– 2 to 3 years of sales management experience
– Experience in selling IT or data solutions
– Strong sales knowledge and broad experience building relationships
– Self-motivated to develop skill sets and maintain product knowledge
– Strong problem-solving skills with dynamic and logical approaches
– Ability to clearly communicate business problems and propose solutions to customers
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to conduct presentations in group settings
Responsibilities
– Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy that maximizes Amplus’ opportunities across all products and services
– Manage, motivate and nurture a team of sales representatives including recruiting and training new sales reps
– Ensure sales team achieve performance metrics such as leads, calls, visits, presentations, follow-ups and closings
-Achieve and exceed individual and team sales target
– Communicate team updates, issues and risks and ensure that the team is working at its full capacity
– Conduct progress meetings and provide weekly accountability and customer feedback reports

Sales Representative

Job Description
As we undergo a major expansion to grow new businesses in the SMB market, we are looking for an ambitious self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. We welcome natural-born sales person who are energetic, result oriented, and has a desire to earn big income. The overall responsibility of a Sales Representative is to develop new businesses and service existing customers.
Desired Skills and Experience
– Excellent communication and presentation skills
– Proven track record in new business sales and achieved set targets
– Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
– Minimum 2 years of sales experience in SMB market
– 2 years of experience in prospecting, qualifying, proposals and presenting solutions to prospective clients
– Direct outside sales experience is required
– Effective time management skills
– Strong knowledge of IT or data solutions
– Proficiency in using Microsoft Applications is required
Responsibilities
-Customize proposals for customers based on needs assessment

Technical Consultant

Job Description
As we undergo a major expansion to grow new businesses in the SMB market, we are looking for an ambitious self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The overall responsibilities of a Technical Consultant are to provide technical support to customers and achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
Desired Skills and Experience
– Excellent verbal and written communications skills
– Post-secondary program completion preferred
– MCSE Server Administrator or equivalent certification
– Minimum 3 years IT experience
– Understanding and experience with HyperV and VMware virtualization technologies
– Knowledge and experience with Cisco hardware and software
– Excellent knowledge of Windows Server 2003/2008/2012, Exchange Server 2003/2007/2010/2013, Office 365 and related products
– Solid understanding of IP networks and all related elements
– Knowledge of various scripting languages
– Knowledge and understanding of Windows XP/Vista/7/8
– Demonstrated superior customer service skills
– Desire to learn and a passion for technology
Responsibilities
– Install, upgrade, and configure network printing, directory structures, user access, security, software, and file services
– Analyze and resolve technical problems for established networks
– Install and configure computer hardware, including switches and servers
– Create custom scripts for various network and server-related tasks
– Manage and diagnose problems with virtual machines
– Troubleshoot and repair desktop equipment and software
– Support the roll-out of new hardware and software to clients
– Provide timely and professional support via telephone, remote control, in person, and email
– Provide network documentation, training and guidance, to orient clients on the use of their hardware and software
– Document problems and resolutions for future reference
– Assisting in the development of junior technicians
– Potential to manage a dedicated client base and communicating across departments
